JE DUNN - Password Reset Problems Link sent should not be default forgot password page

      Description

      Issue here is, in email we get default theme forgot password URL instead of Custom forgot password URL.
      https://stage.workterra.net/Platform/Login/ForgotPassword?TOKEN=2e4e7eb
      8-d8da-4720-8054-ff78ea9a1bf8&CID=2Ve4abkoPws%3d

      Ideally above mentioned URL should be as mentioned below-
      https://*jedunn.*stage.workterra.net/Platform/Login/ForgotPassword?TOKEN=2e4e7eb
      8-d8da-4720-8054-ff78ea9a1bf8&CID=2Ve4abkoPws%3d

      Due to this issue, when user click on URL, user is getting redirected to default forgot password page. Ideally user should redirected to JE dunn forgot password page.

            Tested this on Stage.

            Forgot password URL is specific to the custom login page.

            Hi Tracy Kot,

            We have tested the forgot password reset link and it is changed as per customized login page. Please could you verify this on production and close the ticket. Please find the attached email with reset link according to the login page.

            Thank you. Can you please advise what happens to employees that have a login disabled?

            JE DUNN confirmed the Forgot password works well for those employees that do not have a login status of disabled. What happens to employees in forgot your password if an employee is login disabled? Per the Client: PROD EEs Justin Volker and Steven Bowden went through the Forgot Password process and didn’t get the verification email although had successfully gone through the security questions (both had login disabled at the time). How would the employee know that they can't do this because they have a disabled log in from too many log in attempts? Venkatesh Pujari

            Hi Tracy Kot,

            We have verified the concern mentioned by you and observed that for security reasons for disabled employees the questions are populated but the verification mail is not sent. If you want the mail to be sent to the Employee then the Employee's Login status i.e Disabled should be set to No then only mail will be sent to the Employee. This can be done by Partner or Admin login of that company. Please verify this and let us know if you need any more information on this.
