1) Should that password email NOT being sent for JE DUNN client?
2) Is the link in the email NOT a JE DUNN link?
Client is about to send communications to 250 plus EEs about their HSA plan so there are a lot of EES about to access WORKTERRA that may not know their password. Before they send that email out they found the following password reset issues.
NOTE: JE DUNN access link has the website set up such that they don't enter in company name JE DUNN but they do have to do that for the password reset.
Client issue reported:
The employee is Megan Zorbini, she clicked on the ‘forgot password’ from the JE Dunn branded URL login page.
She then received the page where she was to enter her User ID and the Company (JE DUNN) and answered her two security questions.
She did that and then received the attached email (forgot password verification) When she clicked on the link provided in the email she was taken immediately back to the ‘forgot password’ page where she was to enter in again her username and je dunn for the company, as well as re-enter her answers to her security questions.
THEN she received the page to ‘reset her password’. Why would she not have received that ‘reset password’ page, rather than being taken back to the ‘forgot password’ page with the security questions?
Once she reset her password, then she received the NON-JE DUNN branded login page (see attached).

I checked the communication/Email Message Format, I checked the Forgot password and change password (under communications) format and it didn't look like the email JE DUNN provided as the sample of what the EE received. It was a different email wording. I checked each one in communications and I still don't see the email wording as JE DUNN provided in their sample... Is there another location in WORKTERRA that I can check? I also checked event notification and didn't see anything there related. Please see the email attached which was system generated so it must be in some other place other than Communications. HOWEVER, it does appear to be system generated at a point to "To complete your forgot oyur password request and it is the "activation link". I think DEV needs to take a look at this.. It will make more since if you click on the attachment above for the "FW Forgot Password Veri......". Feel Free to call my cell if you need to speak to me otherwise, if you are ok I'd like DEV to take a look if ok with you.

As far as I know, We do not have JE DUNN themed forgot password page. Hence, whenever they click on forgot password page, they navigated to regular WORKTERRA forgot password page.
As per functionality, when they provide correct answers to the secret question, a verification email is getting sent to employee on his registered email id. This email contains link to the same forgot password page (with some unique token generated only for that employee) and now it allows to change password. Sience, this is regular WORKTERRA forgot password page, it navigates to WORKTERRA,net instead of JEDUNN.WORKTERRA.Net.

Jaideep Vinchurkar and Swapnil Pandhare I am asking JE DUNN to test this for me but they did provide the attached copy of the verification email the employee received and it didn't have the (with some unique token generated only for that employee); should it have had that? The email attached is having token. The token is intended to work only once, hence is not working now.
I need to handover this to offshore team. But there is holiday in India on 6th of July 2016 Wednesday. For time being, as a alternative, we can reset passwords to default (i.e. Date of Birth) for all those employees as per JE DUNN security settings.
Meanwhile, keep us posting about your findings from testing.

Screen shots attached are valid and the VP of Comp and Benefits tested for us as well.
JE DUNN has a custom log in screen (doesn't have to put in company name) but not a custom Forgot Password screen....
Clicked on Forgot Password, entered information and the required company name of JE DUNN
EE answered security questions, indicated email was sent to EE
EE checked email, verification email, EE clicked on the link,
that brought them back to the security questions,
EE answered security questions again (a 2nd time)
it brought EE to the WORKTERRA non custom log in page (shouldn't it bring them to the custom log in).
So EE could log in here but most all EES are used to the custom log in and do not put in company name...
Client would like this to be brought to the custom log in page .
Can you take a look and review please?

Dave, the question is whether or not a client with a custom login page should be routed back to the customer login page after using the generic password reset functionality. Ideally the client would prefer this, but if we don't want to support it, just let us know and will communicate to the client.
My vote, is to route to custom login page if we can.

Hello Everyone,
This refers to discussions I had with JP and Tracy via WT-426 for having customized reset password functionality. What I remember from those discussions is that JeDunn didn't want their EEs to enter company name anywhere.
So in turn this means that Company Name box is not required when we are designing custom reset password page for them.
Please refer WT-426 for detailed information. Most of the things are documented there.

Actually, the fix should be that when they are using the password reset feature and it is completed, it SHOULD route them back to the custom log in page but it doesn't.... it routes them back to a non custom log in page. See the original note and description and let me know if you have questions. Amnesh Goel
This seems like a very straightforward request. What is causing the confusion/delay?
Amnesh there was discussion previously about the Company Name but that may be confusing you. Just looking to reroute back to existing CUSTOM login page after reset as Tracy describes. Hope this helps.

We have completed the development for Custom Forgot Password and Reset Password pages for JE Dunn, but we need JE Dunn domain to be registered to access these pages.
We have sent a request for domain registration to Dave.
Also, implementation for redirecting the user back to custom login page for JE Dunn when the user logs out, is in progress.

Hello,
Newly created forgot password and reset password pages are deployed on LB. However it is not possible to test these changes on LB because these pages appear as per the host URL.
Also, user will be now redirected to custom login page for JEDunn after logs out of the system. Please check this functionality.
Also check if default forgot and reset password pages works fine on LB.

Done. There was a mapping in the system already but it was pointed at .85 which is the old IP. This must have been in there since they went live a year ago.

Tested this forgot password functionality for JE DUNN and City of Bellevue for hspl company on Stage. The mails are not being triggered for reset link on both the companies mentioned above. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

I just added new employee and tested this functionality. I received email to reset password. Email is attached with "540.bf42bd3.eml" name. I am able to reset password.
Issue here is, in email we get default theme forgot password URL instead of Custom forgot password URL.

Hi Steve,
I have tested this enhancement after the DNS Mapping for JE DUNN company on Stage. Now emails are being triggered properly with a reset password link sent in a pickup folder. Only the issue that user is getting redirected to default forgot password page remains which is mentioned above by Vijayendra will be fixed and deployed on LB tomorrow. We have created a separate ticket for the issue which is linked to this ticket.

Thank you, Client mentioned this update is in JE DUNN PROD already. Client gave us the screen shot attached. Please see screen shot. It has a message at the bottom in the yellow bar and it states to "click on the yellow bar above to allow pop up for Workterra". But there was no yellow bar above... Other than this one item we are confirming with JEDUNN if all else went well. Password Reset pop up blocker message JE DUNN.docx
Hi Tracy - regardless of the yellow bar now showing up in their browser (might be a browser setting on their computer) please have them TURN OFF pop blockers for the WORKTERRA web site and try again.

Client confirmed Forgot password is working in PROD but with one possible issue:
What is the Forgot Password user experience when an employee that has a disabled login (too many failed log in attempts) tries to use the Forgot Password Feature?
JE DUNN had two employees with login disabled tried to use the Forgot Password and they were able to get to their questions but did not receive the verification email.
2 EEs in PROD are Justin Volker and Steven Bowden.

We have verified the concern mentioned by you and observed that for security reasons for disabled employees the questions are populated but the verification mail is not sent. If you want the mail to be sent to the Employee then the Employee's Login status i.e Disabled should be set to No then only mail will be sent to the Employee. And for the yellow bar message issue we have created a separate ticket which is linked to this ticket. Please verify and let us know if you need any more information on this.

Tracy - not sure I understand #2 - in regards to the page - I think it is working correctly. The only thing that needs to be updated is the link that is located on the change password email. Its located under the communications section. I checked this page and it works the same way with our white labels (as far as the "WORTERRA" log in page) - Give me a call if you have any questions.
