      Description

      1] Login to the application.
      2] Select a company and navigate to New Hire/Rehire Rule screen.
      3] Click on "Add New" button.
      4] Observe "Verification Data for New Hire/Rehire" dropdowns.

      Actual Result:
      Dropdowns are enabled though the "Requires Verification for New Hires/Rehires" value is set to No.
      Expected Result:
      Dropdowns should be disabled when "Requires Verification for New Hires/Rehires" value is set to No.

            Verified the fix on Local (wt-stage) environment, now "Verification Data for New Hires/Rehires" dropdowns are disabled when "Requires Verification for Newhire/Rehires" value is set to No, hence closing the issue.
