1] Login to the application.
2] Select a company and navigate to "New Hire/Rehire Rule" screen.
3] Click on "Add New" button, a form to add new rule gets display.
4] Click on "Add" button without entering any data.
Actual Result:
Server error is displaying.
Expected Result:
Server error should not be display.
