      Description

      1] Login to the application.
      2] Select a company and navigate to "New Hires/Rehires Rule" screen.
      3] Add a rule, while adding rule add few Upload Document Categories to it.
      4] Once rule get added, revisit it.

      Actual Result:
      Added Upload Document Categories gets disappears.
      Expected Result:
      Added Upload Document Categories should be display.

            Verified the fix on Local (wt-stage) environment, now added "Upload Document Category" is displaying on "New Hires/Rehires Rule" screen, hence closing the issue.
