This task will complete along with WT-129

3C's:
Concern: Global level reports are not working on stage
Cause: After select additional fields it was throwing exception.
Correction: Now handled code that could remove additional fields from select query

Affetcted Areas: Global Reports, Reports

Affected Files: WT-129 modified files

Tested Scenarios:
1. Verified every type report at global level with selection of additional fields and without additional fields.
2. verified preview and run functionality of global reports

As discussed , we are not able to save global report . it always throws validation message on LB.

Our changes not deployed properly in previous patch. Please do verify now.

Verified on LB .
Now, Reports are ran properly on Preview Button. But getting server error on Run Button.

Will update testing status one's main enhancement WT-129 is completed on LB.

Newly created reports are working Properly.

As discussed with Prasanna Karlekar and [~parmeshwar.jumbade] , All Enhancement WT-129, WT-9377 and WT-9223 move at same time on Production. So, We will move all enhancement on 09/19/2017
