I am able to save Plan Design, however observed that are no default rule present in Eligibility Rules. attached image [_Plan Design_Save_Success.png_]

Please find below 3'c for this issue.

Concern: No default rule present in Eligibility Rules.

Cause: As default rules gets add into the system while eligibility migration in the system.
On company there is no any eligibility migration done hence default rule was not present in the company.

Correction: For time being, now we added this script in DATA folder. Once script execute on any company default rule gets add to the company.
second approach is adding default rule while adding new company. We will schedule this enhancement in upcoming sprint.

Now eligibility migration done for this company and default rules are now able to see.
