      Description

      Prerequisite -
      1] Company admin is created with rights to particular class
      e.g. Class 1 has two valus Class 11 and Class12
      Company Admin has rights to Class 11 but does not have rights to Class12
      2] IRS report with eligibility NONE for Class 1 is created

      Steps
      1] Log in as company admin to workterra
      2] Go to IRS -> Reports -> Edit 1095 report created in prerequisite
      3] Save and run 1095C report and observe employee

      actual result - it shows employees from class12 too
      expected result - It should show employees only from Class11 as company admin has rights of only that class
