1] Login to the application with partner or super admin.
2] Navigate to Employer Administrator>Add Xpress Company.
3] User navigates to Add Xpress Company form.
4] Fill the name and address information, select module.
5] Click on "Save & Continue" button.
Actual Result:
"Company add failed" message pop up is display.
Expected Result:
Xpress company should be get added without any error.
Refer attached screenshot for more details, no error log generated for this.
Note - We need Xpress company on local (wt-stage) to test ST-138.

Can you please assign this issue to someone, we are able to test ST-138 only after this issue get resolved.
