Deceased Dependent still showing on confirmation statement

      Description

      When a company administrator prints a confirmation statement a dependent in "deceased" status should not show on the confirmation statement (WT-1721)

      We just tested this on stage for Valmet and the deceased dependent is still showing. Please see attached example.

      We also need to confirm that deceased dependents will not show if the confirmation statement report is run.

      Please advise asap. This is a huge issue for this client.
