Prime Hospitality Incorrect Rates in EE Tunnel

      Description

      Hello,

      This client is in testing for the break out. When the client is testing for EE: Hospitality Management the Basic Life rate is not showing when you go through the EE tunnel however, it is appearing correct on the Confirmation Statement. In addition, Supplemental Life and LTD are showing as ER costs but again it is reflecting correctly on the Confirmation Statement. Please see screenshot attached and review.

            This issue is exists only on Stage and the code fix is deployed on Stage as well. For 3Cs please refer #3567.

            We have noticed this issue earlier and same was reported in JIRA (relating #3567 to this ticket). We have already deployed fix for this in LB. We will let you know once it is deployed to Stage.

            Verified on HSPL copy that the Basic Life cost is not shown on Enroll Now page but is displayed on the Confirmation Page.

            Also For LTD and Optional Life Plans costs are shown as employer costs on the Enroll Now page and are being displayed as Employee Costs on the Confirmation Statement.
