9) Verified Confirmation statement Report if Employee status is deceased and having one spouse [ Status - Surviving Spouse ] and One child [ Status - Active ] ------------ Both Dependent [ Spouse and Child] information are displayed under Dependent Information. — Working Fine
10) Verified Confirmation statement Report if Employee status is deceased and having one spouse [ Status - Surviving Spouse ] and One child [ Status - Decesed ] ------------ Spouse information are displayed under Dependent Information. - Working Fine
11) Verified Confirmation statement Report if Employee status is deceased and having one spouse [ Status - Deceased ] and One child [ Status - Deceased ] ------------ Dependent [ Spouse and Child ] information are not displayed under Dependent Information - Working Fine.
12) Verified Confirmation Statement Report if Employee Status is Active and Spouse status is deceased ------- Dependent information are not displayed – Working Fine
13) Verified Confirmation Statement Report if Employee Status is Active and Child status is decaesed ------- Dependent information are not displayed – Working Fine
14) Verified Confirmation Statement Report if Employee Status is Active and Spouse and Child status are deceased ------- Dependent information are not displayed – Working Fine
15) Verified Confirmation Statement Report if Employee Status is Active and one Spouse status is deceased and other spouse status is active -------- Active Dependent information is displayed – Working Fine

18) *Need to verify one scenarios *:
1) If employee having enrollment in plan with tier EE + SP + CH with effective date 05/01/2017.
2) Changed Dependent status to Deceased with effective date 05/10/2017. Enrollment are changes like as
05/01/2017 - 05/09/2017 = EE + SP + CH
05/10/2017 - NULL = EE
If we ran confirmation statement report with time span 05/01/2017 to 05/09/2017 then Dependent Information are not displayed on Report [ Behaviour is same on UI also]
