            Rate - Sub Rate entry shown one time only in the filters

            Concern:- Showing twice Rate - Sub rate modules in module dropdown.
            Cause:- This was due to wrong data script
            Correction:- Corrected data scripts and Checked in .

            Tested on Stage - Caiso for HSPL - 31st Aug 2016

            Still the Rate - Sub Rate entry is shown twice in the filters hence reopening this issue from stage
