            fix related to this Bug is deployed on LB using WT-4269

            3C :
            Concern : WT -> Generic Eligibility Rule -> When we add Zip table eligibility and click on save button server error is displayed

            Cause : one partial view file is not deployed on LB

            Correction : Partial View file is now added.
