Gelson's- Billing Details Report Missing Enrollments

Hi Team,

Gelson's ran the report called Prudential Life - ADD. For the Optional Employee AD&D plan it only shows 9 enrollments for Sept 1-30. I ran an enrollment report only choosing the Optional Employee AD&D plan and it shows 76 enrollments. I chose all classes and all statuses for both reports. Can you please update the billing details reports? Can you also send a root cause because this appears to happen frequently?
