Export > Duplicate Template Name is getting displayed on Open Enrollment Setting page list

      Issue Description
      Even though there is only one template exists on Template Management page, still duplicate Template Name is getting displayed on Open Enrollment Setting list when OE rule is selected.

      Below are the Template Details

      Company Name : FOR QA LB AUSTIN IND
      Template Name: Austin_Class 83

          We checked from back end, there was double entry for this template, I have deleted this.

          Please check again and let us know, if you found same issue.

          Please close as non-repro if issue not comes again.
