      Description

      Please find inline comments.
      1. Mecozzi (491275)– I warned EBS about this record. We spoke about this also yesterday when I said this person is missing his medical and dental deductions. They were never sent on the OE file. We asked to do an analysis on who else in this same situation. I would have expected at minimum his start record would have been on the file. It was not, so I manually entered.

Comments: We have already shared Missing list of employee's from OE file with you and Ashley. As per previous mail we have not included the missing employee's in 01/28 payroll file. Please find attached mail and let us know if any action needed from our side.

      2. Rodman (490071) – Record showed a change to code HSA to $100. However I don’t understand why. His election in WT is $110. I can’t see that an action was made so why did it change, and why does it show 2 different numbers? I haven’t changed this I am not sure which is right. See two different screen shots between system and ADP file.
      ASM 490071 HSA 100 1/1/2016

Comments: We have checked in database elect per pay check is $100 but on view enrollment summery its showing $110. As per initial analysis we found rates table having wrong cost. We scanning other employees whose having same scenario and other company. Enrollment team will share root cause analysis for this by tomorrow.

      3. Mooij, 600084. In attached email we had similar error but it was for starts of HSA code. It appears when they fixed it they limited the fix to starts and did not include STOPS. Life event was made to change HSA election which would use the forward date logic that Samir describes in concern 2. Forward 8 days. However file did not contain stop election for Mooij record. I added manually.

Comments: As we had considered 8 future days for HSA. Record was exported till 2/5 and this employee has continuous enrollment and its getting displayed in future enrollments. As per future implementation we had export latest enrollment on file, so only start record was exported on file and stop code was not exported.

      4. Lopez, 490121. Chris this is also someone we discussed yesterday. It is related to the above issue. The employee is changing his status from Expat to US. He is transitioning from International plan to Local plan effective 2/1/16. His new medical, dental rates are not included on this file as they are effective 2/1/16 which is for the next pay period. That part is correct. We will need to monitor to make sure the correct stop and start codes come across next week. However the issue is the logic above then allows the HSA code to start early when the plan hasn’t started. It is almost like this type of transaction should be treated like a new hire. The HSA code should wait to come across at the same time the BHP code comes across. This is the first time we have seen this scenario. We can discuss what options are, I am not sure what logic is possible for this situation that won’t interfere with the previous rule. File is only sending 1 Record for this employee.

Comments: As discussed we consider 8 days for HSA so only one record was exported on file with is effective from 2/1 and for other we considered 3 future days. Please let us know if need any changes on this.

          Hi Ganesh,

Shannon emailed this morning referencing an HSA stop deduction that didn't take place as it should have.

Can this please be reviewed and let me know the findings so i can convey to Shannon?

          Email from Shannon:

Can you look into why a stop action was not sent (HSA~) when the life event change was made for 2/1/16? We will need to make sure a stop is included on our next file so it stops as well.

Unfortunately the employee did not notice until now and it has been running when it should not have been so it appears like it may have overfunded. Should the goal limit prevent that in WT system too?

Employee is Remko Mooij EEID 600084

          Thanks,
          Chris

          Hi Chris Ellenberger

          CC- Rohan J Khandave

We have check above issue. Please find below 3C'S.

Concern: 600084 why a stop action was not sent (HSA~)

Cause: As per implementation we are sending latest record on file which has active enrollment, so the only active enrollment was exported on file. If we need start and stop then we need to select Multiple record on template setting. On HSA template multiple record was not selected. due to this stop was not sent for 600084

Correction: We have select multiple record on HSA template.

We have verified this stop is exporting on file for 600084 please confirm this and let us know if you require more details

          Thanks,
          Ganesh.

          Hello,

          New issue reported by Shannon:

          "Chris –

The one thing that looks off is with the record of employee # 490485:

It is showing both a stop code for B1P and a start code B1P. I think the stop code is off since it should be a “change” which would show the B1P $213.06 only. "

I looked this up and was a class change from Expat to US with Most Recent Hire Date 5/1/2016. I am seeing the export is set to send multiple records for plan changes only.

Can you please confirm why this was set like this? And how can we avoid getting this duplication without affecting other benefits on this template that may need multiple records?

I really need a detailed answer by tomorrow, 5/5/2016. Scheduled meeting with client and would be nice to share the information then.

          Thanks,
