      Description

      Enrollment report: after performing below steps the report is showing fields added for the total records count along with employee details mapped.

      Add new > Enrollment Report > Empoyee First name, Last name > Gender etc > Plan Design name, Pre and Post tax employee > Preview > Save as CSV.

      The reports saved has fields name for the total number of count.

      Please find the attachment for the report having the issue.
