      Description

      On Wheaton Franciscan company Dental rate was terminated without applying termination date policy.

      Employee: CAROLYN A MANNING
      Plan Design: Delta Dental WFH

      Can I get the root cause analysis for this today.

          Hi Avnish,

          Verified the this termination policy issue on Prod on City of Chico for hspl company. Now the system is terminating the rates as per the termination rules set on the rate or termination rules set on the Company Effective/Termination rules.Verified this with keeping both rules once on company level and once on rate level.
