Existing Behavior - Upload Image section - If Site Logo and Partner Logo images are not available or any company do not want to upload these images, application is not allowing to keep these fields as blank, in such scenarios we need to upload “transparent.png” as a image file.

Change Request - We need to remove above restriction i.e. Site Logo and Partner Logo images field should be get saved without browsing any image.
