All field values are not displayed in Confirmation Statement, though values are entered for employee.

Though all field values are entered and saved on employee demographic screen, some are not visible in confirmation statement. Note that, these fields are selected in settings on 'Format Confirmation Statement' and Demographic popup correctly.
