Issue Importance:Can Wait
Though all field values are entered and saved on employee demographic screen, some are not visible in confirmation statement. Note that, these fields are selected in settings on 'Format Confirmation Statement' and Demographic popup correctly.
Value of field 'No. of working hours per week' is displayed as '---' in print output of Confirmation Statement. PFA screen shot.

Hello Rajendra Joshi,
Concern : Though all field values are entered and saved on employee demographic screen, 'No. of working hours per week' is not visible in confirmation statement.
Cause : The value of 'No of working hours per week' field was not fetched from back end properly. So it was not visible in confirmation statement.
Correction : Now the value of 'No of working hours per week' field is fetched from back end properly So it will be visible in confirmation statement.
LB check-in is done.

After Discussion with Satya and Aarti, below are issues listed about customization in Demographic Popup.
1. If Employee ID or SSN deselected in popup and same is selected in combo, the filed is not at all displayed in Print output. Empty Space is displayed. Here it is expected that, like other fields, Birthdate or Gender, you can show value '---'. PFA 1.xps.
2. If no value is selected, blank out put is displayed. If only county is selected, name , Birthdate, Gender are displayed. PFA 1.xps.
