WT -> HSA -> Problem related to Min and max amount for Elect Per Paycheck Amount

• make Elect Per Paycheck Amount flag for HSA as Yes
• Keep remaining flags as no
• go on enroll now screen for HSA plan and enter amount which is equal to the Max amount specified

Actual Result :

Say employee's payroll schedule is Monthly
For EE tier max amount is = 3350
System only allows employee to enroll with amount 0 to 3350/12 ie, 279.16 though the pop up message appears as min and max amounts are 0 and 3350

Ideally system should allow an employee to put Elect Per Paycheck Amount which is between the min max amount ie 0 to 3350 in this case
