      Description

      Swapnil inserted the Tobacco affidavit answers from the back end and recalculated the rates. Something still is not correct. Can someone please look at this tonight. This client is live and I need to have this fixe before 7:30 am PST

      Example
      Employee: Abdolreza Farid

      • Spouse has 90,000 in coverage with a rate of 83.88 (the rate should be 40.86)
      • If I try and change the coverage via a QE with a 1/1/2016 and just click save on the affidavit because it is already set to NO the rate turns to zero

          Hi Monika Demla,

          I have verified 22 Subscriber were missing flag.
          On WT Flag are showing same flag as Affidavit column in attached excel sheet.
          I have recalculated rates on hspl copy no employees are affected.
          Please let us know if any further action required.
