Please find 3'c for this issue.
Concern: Spouse are not getting correct rate for plan 'Additional Spouse/Domestic Partner Life'

Cause: Spouse's Tobacco information was inserted from backend from effective date 9/28/2016 hence this tobacco information was not available from 1/1/2016. hence rates are coming as 0 after changing the data from Qualifying event 1/1/2016.

Correction: Updated all employee tobacco information from 1/1/2016.
and Done the rate recalculation from SA utility.

Neelam Yangal Verified random employees from the sheet , rates are coming proper now effective 1/1/2016

Can proceed on main company.

Hi Debbie Kulling,

There was some difference in data and election from production to stage on this company.
So with analysis we found that some employee tobacco effective date information wrongly updated. we have corrected those data.
Please find attached sheet.

After rate recalculation there are no affected employee found.

Stage is still not showing rates for the spouse life. See attached. Please make sure this is corrected by morning. The client will be testing.

I verify two example and they both have correct flag. Ran Employee census report and Compare Client vs data in WT. Somehow there were 22 Subscriber were missing flag.

I ran the import and fixed it with 01/01/2016 effective date, since client is signing UAT tomorrow Can you please make sure that Data in spouse Affidavit matches with WT. Missing Flag LoadSpouse Affidavit Elections.xlsx
I dont have SA utility so I am unable to recalcualte. Please verify

I have verified 22 Subscriber were missing flag.
On WT Flag are showing same flag as Affidavit column in attached excel sheet.
I have recalculated rates on hspl copy no employees are affected.
Please let us know if any further action required.
