- go on a form say demographics
- add a paragraph component - give a title this time as this is mandatory - save
- go on the above component's basic settings and remove all the title / text present in the paragraph
- save
form contain a paragraph with blank title
we should make the paragraph content as mandatory for user to fill and then allow him to save the same
With this issue we might face NULL conditions errors in the system like WT-5176

Concern:
Paragraph control was not mandatory ,so blank paragraph could be entered in form builder->basic settings tab.
Cause:
No condition was there to check blank paragraph.
Correction:
We have now made the paragraph mandatory in basic settings tab.
Files affected:
1)_BasicSettings.cshtml
2)_FieldtypeSettings.cshtml
