• go on a form say demographics
• add a paragraph component - give a title this time as this is mandatory - save
• go on the above component's basic settings and remove all the title / text present in the paragraph
• save

form contain a paragraph with blank title
we should make the paragraph content as mandatory for user to fill and then allow him to save the same

With this issue we might face NULL conditions errors in the system like WT-5176
