Hi all - I'm just trying to keep track of all of the questions / issues I'm having with the Exchange platform for Five Guys. If there is anyway I can get someone to look through these items tonight, I would greatly appreciate it. I believe you are aware of the ones below but I've attached some new ones as well.
Questions able to be mapped to classes (i.e. if someone isn’t eligible for DCA, they shouldn’t get the DCA question)
The Defined Contribution is still not showing for the employee either in the “cart” or on their confirmation statement (this is probably the hottest item for them)
Ability to remove the current benefits graph as it isn’t accurate for them
The coverage pop-up that comes up for each plan that lists $copay, %coinsurance, $deductible, etc. They want it only on Medical as it doesn’t really apply for the other coverages.
In Exchange, is there a way to re-order the benefits that come up? There isn’t the option on the Employee Data screen as there is in BenAdmin.

Please check this on priority
Jennifer Leugers
For "Medical DC" defined contribution, we have mapped medical benefit type and then recalculated this contribution. Now employer contribution is coming properly on summary screens.
CC; Samir, Vijay Siddha
As of now we cannot remove it, will need a code change for this
Verified on $,% removal from Change Coverage popup on stage using company Five Guys Exchange as per Vijayendra's comment in excel. This change is done. PFA screen shot Change Coverage popup.png
Defined Contribution both error's are fixed and deployed on stage.
Define Contribution issue on recommendation page is resolved. Fix deployed on Stage
Hi all - any other updates? Also - is there a way to reorder the questions?
Hi all - I really need an update on all of these items for this group. They've been pretty patient but are getting a bit worried. I have a call with them in an hour.
Hi all - I need to know why the Pet Insurance empty benefit that we built is also not showing up in the Exchange when I choose Select Plans or under Recommended Plans when I say yes to the Pet Insurance question.
As of now User Defined and Empty Benefits are not implemented in Exchange
HI all - on the defined contribution, when you waive a plan, it is not backing out the DC amount. Shouldn't it?
From the client -
I do have a question: when I enroll, the DC shows up, but when I go back and waive coverage, it keeps the full defined contribution amount as if I elected it. It does deplete that balance until I get to the end. Will that be changed or is that all that it can do?
Neelam Yangal can you please check this on priority
Hi [~jennifer.leugers,
CC: Samir , Amruta Lohiya
Please find below 3'c about this issue.
Concern: defined contribution, when you waive a plan, it is not backing out the DC amount. Shouldn't it?
Cause: Defined contribution amount is fixed amount which shows, total amount contributed from employer.
Where Remaining Defined contribution decides total how much amount remaining out of defined contribution
after waive and electing the plan.
Please let us know if you need more information on this.
Thanks,
Neelam
Now In Exchange, there is a way to re-order the benefits that come up. Today we have deployed this feature on stage, please check and confirm. Refer WT - 5669.
CC- Samir,Vijay Siddha
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
Currently, we have inserted entry of "Pet Insurance Form" from back-end and we are in-process investigate why this is not working for Exchange. We will keep you updated on the same.
Thanks,
Avnish Y
I have selected Pet insurance in the workflow. Tested with my test employee, Please confirm
Regards,
Samir
Hi all - please see the attached screenshot. Any idea why the workflow is show such big gaps in coverages? This is happening with multiple employees.
Also - the Pet Insurance page should come after the Recommended Plans or Select Your Plans if possible.
Lastly - any idea why employee Samuel Chamberlain is not showing any Defined Contribution? He's enrolled in the HDHP plan.
CC- Saurabh Sablaka
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
We have fixed gaps issue in coverage. Please verify same at your end.
Thanks,
Avnish Y
Hi all - was anything else completed? I have daily calls with the client / broker so need to provide them updates each morning of what has been done.
Below points are done
Gaps in coverage: Done for Recommendation, In progress for Select Your Own Plan
Pet insurance moved after Recommended Plans or Select Your Plans
Regards,
Samir
Vijayendra Shinde Avnish Yadav Verified on production using company EBS exchange. %, $ removal from Change Coverage popup is not yet done. Hence Reopening. Please check and give the fix.
Hi all - at this point can we just remove the Change Coverage pop-up box? It just has taken too long for me to do anything with it and the client needs final review today from 12-2. Can we get it removed before then? Thanks.
CC- Samir
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
We have removed Change Coverage pop-up. Please refer WT-5541 jira for more details.
Thanks,
Avnish Y
Hi Rajendra Joshi,
Code reviewed by : Avnish Yadav
I have moved below point on production.
Defined contribution label should not display o employee home page if amount is 0.
Please verify this.
Thanks,
Neelam
Verified on Production using company Five Guys. Above change is working correctly.
Hi all - I haven't gotten any feedback on the defined contribution not showing for Samuel Chamberlain and Judy G Lekki. I have my final run-through with the client and need an answer to this ASAP. Thanks.
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
As per our discussion this is resolve, will update you soon on the question plan mapping
Regards,
Samir
As per our walkthrough this is resolved
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
Question plan mapping is deployed on Stage and Production, QA team will share the testing status shortly
Regards,
Samir
Please share the testing status for Question plan mapping on stage and production
Jennifer Leugers Question plan mapping working fine. Tested with Class and Eligibility rule condition. Question is appearing based on Eligibility rule and Class.
For e.g. If any question is mapped for Rule x which is applicable only for class x . Then if any employee "Test" falls under same class x , that question will display to that employee.
Also suppose if for any question like "Question A " having any additional eligibility criteria like "spouse has equal to yes" is there and if Test employee has spouse then that Question A will display to that test employee.
And if Test employee has no spouse then that Question A won't display to that test employee.
Just two little things in Prod
Sorry - one other thing. I don't see the Defined Contribution on the Confirmation Statement anymore. Please make sure you add the applied back.
Ashwin Wankhede Please make sure all assets are copied
Jennifer Leugers, I m working on defined contribution will update you soon
Defined contribution is getting applied correctly. In case this amounts are zero than define contribution labels does not displayed
Jennifer Leugers below are few plans which are not having the rate mapping
Voluntary Child AD&D
FGE Voluntary Spouse Life
Voluntary Spouse Life - Shift Managers
Issue: Cost doubled on enrollment summary
This issue is fixed and deployed on stage and production
Rakesh Roy Please test this fix throughly
Hi all - could someone look into this ASAP? They started OE today and this is one of their executives.
Good Morning,
After choosing my elections and receiving my confirmation page, the employer defined contribution never appeared. My 2017 bi-weekly contribution is currently showing $946. Please advise.
Thanks,
CC: Samir
Please find below 3'c
Concern: employer defined contribution never appeared for employee Chris Hicks
Cause: In Five Guys two Employee+Family tier created
ID: 7: Employee+Family : EE + SP + 1 Child
ID: 9: Employee+Family : EE + SP + 2 or more Children
For all Defined contribution, for tier Employee+Family (7)( EE + SP + 1 Child) amount is configured.
So Employee with EE+SP+2 or more Children they are not eligible for any defined contribution amount.
Correction: Need to configure amount for health tier 9: Employee+Family: EE + SP + 2 or more Children
for all defined contribution.
Please let us know if any more information required on this.
Thanks,
Neelam
Hi Jennifer,
Define contribution is not updated on production as per stage, please refer

Samir

All - here is another employee Steven Steele with the same issue. Might be a tier issue? It is weird because he is showing the DC in Stage.
Jennifer Leugers
DC is recalculated. So making this ticket as resolved.
Jennifer Leugers
For "Health care Flexible spending account", we have changed "Eligible if not enrolled in ANY selected contingent plan design" to "Eligible if not enrolled in ALL selected contingent plan design". It is working now.
