Tested on Barrow for HSPl - Stage

• Create a Health Plan
• Create a Health Age BAnded Rate
• Provide sub rate values for Employee - Child and Spouse as shown in the screen shot ( Customization 1 ) - click on Save button provided for adding the age bands
  Do not click on the Save button provided below the page [Screen shot - customization 2]
  Map this rate to above plan
  go on eligible employee's enroll now screen and see whether the employee gets specific costs for the above plan
  Actual Result : Zero cost
  No again go on the Rate customization page - provide value zero for the additional fields - and click on the Save button provided at the end of the page'
  After this employee gets the expected costs
  User need not to provide values for the additional costs on the page and save it in order to map the rate and get expected costs
