This issue was found on MATTT for HSPL

• create a health age banded rate [refer screen shot for rate customization]
• mapp this rate to a health plan - make this plan eligible to an employee
• go on employees enroll now screen - on the above plan
  Actual Result :
  Select employee as covered member - costs calculated according to the employee cost mentioned in the above rate
  Select employee + Spouse as covered member - costs calculated according to the employee cost + spouse cost mentioned in the above rate
  Select employee + Spouse + Child or Employee + Child as covered member - costs calculated and shown were wrong. No child costs mentioned in the rate were taken into the consideration while showin the plan costs.
