      Description

      In Employee flow, on Enroll now screen, video icon not visible in video popup for all videos. Instead of appropriate images, cross or bank images displayed. PFA screen shots

            Cause : This issue is observed on Internet Explorer browser only. Icons are hidden because of security purpose.

            Hi Aarati Sabnis,

            Video icon gets generated using Flow Player. Mimetype and exension of flow player created icon does not matching. This is the reason why security tags block icon from rendering.

            Tushar Phatak,
            Can we check with vinayak ghanwat, why flow player is not generating authentic icons. If flow player generates icon with jpg extension then, image/jpeg,image/pjpeg mype types should be shown by image.

            If we are able to match mime type and extension, this issue will be resolved.
