      Hi Tracy Kot,

      We are creating this ticket as mentioned in the comments of WT-5298. After your approval we will implement following:

      1] Hide "Employee Coverage" from PDF format of on Confirmation statement.
      2] Hide "Employee Coverage" from "Confirmation Statement Report" which comes under Static Report.
