Dale Thompson is another one - no Defined Contribution showing. All I need this fixed ASAP.

Concern: Chad Murrell is not getting the defined contribution
Cause: On Dental High Plan Use Credit pool is No. This employee waived Medical Benefit type and enrolled only in Dental plan. If employee enrolled only in Dental or Vision plan he will not get DC as Use Credit Pool on these plans is No.
Correction: We have set Use Credit pool flag as Yes for Dental and Vision plans and recalculated credit pool of this and similar employees.

CC: Samir , Vijay Siddha I don't understand the comments above; if the plan is set to No, why would it react differently depending on if he elected Medical?
