1. While managing employee, who have just visited Recommended plan screen and not done checkout, Values for 'Defined Contribution Allotted' and 'Defined Contribution Applied' are displayed.
[Dev Comment] This is as per design.

2. Negative value for 'Total Employee Weekly Deduction' is displayed. Steps to Reproduce:
a. Login as employee and reach to recommended plans screen. Do not checkout.
b. In Partner login, While managing this employee, open Enrollment Summery and check value of 'Total Employee Weekly Deduction'. Its -ve value.
[Dev Comment] This is very rare scenario when Employee and Partner at same screen. After OE we will fixed this issue.

Please look into this; it appears we have the same issue again where someone elected the coverage, the defined contribution applied and then when they waived, the defined contribution for those benefits did not get removed resulting in an negative deduction amount. Please refer to Fallon Paladino as well as CT-804. As you are aware, this client has had a lot of issues with the DC and I want to make sure we can tell them why this happened again. Need you to review tonight if at all possible.
