Hi Samir,
Concern: Credit pool is not getting allocated properly
Cause: While allocating credit pool, due to one improper condition system was allocating credit pool beyond maximum limit.
Correction: We are working on code fix.
Hi all - the client just came up with another employee. Is this widespread? How quickly can we get a fix done? This is urgent.

This issue got reproduced on Five Guys For HSPL company on Production. Please find below steps to reproduce.
1. Take Employee whose OE 2017 enrollment not completed.
2. Login with employee.
3. Select Recommended plan and take questioner.
4. After completion of all Questions system shows Recommended plan.
5. Click on Check Out directly.
6. Observe Defined Contribution is $0.
Refer employee ”Mark A Bridges” on Five guys for HSPL company for scenario.

All - I really need to get this resolved ASAP. The client and broker have already followed up this morning. Please put as many resources towards this as necessary as this is a huge issue for this client.

Verified on production using company Five Guys for HSPL in Employee and Partner login. Defined Contribution value reflects correctly on Enrollment summery, Recommended Plan and select your plan screen in employee and Partner login. Above mentioned issue is fixed now.
Observation :
While managing employe who have just visited Recommanded plan screen and not done checkout, Values for 'Defined Contribution Allotted' and 'Defined Contribution Applied' are displayed and -ve value for 'Total Employee Weekly Deduction' is displayed.

Please refer below 3'C:-
Concern:- Define Contribution not getting applied for employees
Cause:- Exchange condition is missing in User Define Function (OES_UDF_EnrollIn) for New hires.
Correction:- For Five Guys we have added exchange condition in User Define Function (OES_UDF_EnrollIn) for other clients we have created another jira (WT-6214) for the same.
For other clients we will fix this issue in normal patch process.

All - the client is telling us there is another employee not getting the defined contribution. We have to figure out a fix for this ASAP. They are starting to get pretty frustrated. EE is Chad Murrell.
Dale Thompson is another one - no Defined Contribution showing. All I need this fixed ASAP.

Concern: Chad Murrell is not getting the defined contribution
Cause: On Dental High Plan Use Credit pool is No. This employee waived Medical Benefit type and enrolled only in Dental plan. If employee enrolled only in Dental or Vision plan he will not get DC as Use Credit Pool on these plans is No.
Correction: We have set Use Credit pool flag as Yes for Dental and Vision plans and recalculated credit pool of this and similar employees.
