Export > BCC Enhancement - No Records found on Providerwise Billing Data type Template export

Hi ,

Found this issue while testing WT-5308 . Steps to reproduce

Note: Self Insured Component is not set for plans selected on Template as well as on invoice

1) Generate and finalize the invoice
2) Go to Template Management
3) Create complete Billing Data Type Template (Rowise/Columnwise)
4) Manually Export the template

Result : No Records found

Template Details
Company Name (on LB): ASML
Template names:
1) Test_Billing Rowise
2) Test_Billing Columnwise
