Hi ,
Found this issue while testing WT-5308 . Steps to reproduce
Note: Self Insured Component is not set for plans selected on Template as well as on invoice
1) Generate and finalize the invoice
2) Go to Template Management
3) Create complete Billing Data Type Template (Rowise/Columnwise)
4) Manually Export the template
Result : No Records found

Verified this fix on LB on Rowise and Column wise templates . Records getting exported properly on Providerwise Billing Data export file
adding stage and production testing estimates
Fix is deployed along with its parent JIRA WT-5308
Verified the fix on Stage for Rowise and Columnwise Billing Data Templates . Working as expected
Verified this fix on Production. Providerwise Billing Data export on Rowise , Columnwise Templates are working as expected.
Concern : Export > BCC Enhancement - No Records found on Provider wise Billing Data type Template export.
Cause : This happens because JOIN for EmployeeHealthTierPolicyNumber_Log table, ImportExportEnrollmentDeductiondata, HealthTier were Not Proper.
Correction We have Handle this as of now in SP.
