Total Billed Amount getting exported on Provider wise Export file is getting multiplied by 3 .

Verified this fix on LB on rowise and columnwise template . Cost is getting exported properly now
Updating stage and production testing estimates including multiple invoice creation and testing on export templates
Fix is deployed along with its parent JIRA WT-5308
Verified this on stage . Cost getting exported on Provider Wise Export billing Data file is proper now.
Working as expected
Verified this fix on Production by generating and finalizing multiple invoices.
Providerwise Billing Data export on Rowise , Columnwise Templates are working as expected.

Concern : BCC Enhancement - Cost exporting on providerwise export is multiplied by 3
Cause :This happens because JOIN for EmployeeHealthTierPolicyNumber_Log table, ImportExportEnrollmentDeductiondata, HealthTier were Not Proper.
Correction We have Handle this as of now in SP.
