      Description

      Even if the Invoice is finalized for the month of November 2016 for STD.
      Provider wise export template showing no records found on manual export

      Template Name : Alan STD
      Finalized Invoice Name : Alankar
      Company Name (on LB) : ASML

      Note: Verified for Health plans (for finalized Invoices) and it is getting exported

            Below are 3C's

            Concern : BCC Enhancement - No Records found is showing for STD on Providerwise Export

            Cause :This happens because JOIN for EmployeeHealthTierPolicyNumber_Log table, ImportExportEnrollmentDeductiondata, HealthTier were Not Proper.

            Correction We have Handle this as of now in SP.

            Blocked to test this due to error in generating invoice related to WT-5987 . Please find screenshot below

            Verified this fix on LB on Rowise and Column wise templates . Records getting exported properly on Providerwise Billing Data export file. Working as expected
