- say my partner creates a template of all classes and plans - save
- another partner logs in - he can not see the created template by other partner
- he tries to make a template - saves it - system throws a duplicate template error and do not allow an user to create it. Whereas this partner can not see the created template by other partner
For the other users than the creator of the template - they at least should have the view only rights over the other templates. So as they can have a clear idea why the are not able to create their own template

But there is one issue relate Java script .
when we select max-invoice mapping filed getting java script error on all browser verified Chrome, Mozilla, IE
refer below screen shots.
Tested on WT Stage - TIBCO for HSPL - 05th Dec 2016
User (admin / partner / SA) can only edit their own created templates. For others - their create template page is shown in non editable mode
There is one problem -
- Partner A created his template
- Partner B created his template
- Now they tried deleting their own made template - system did not let them do so

As the error is related to accesses - reopening this item

We have tested the fix given - which is working well
As per the earlier calls and discussion - point related to access rights needs further discussion with client.
We will open a new JIRA when we take it for discussion.

Verified on Lb Environment.
verified below scenarios for access rights:
1]Create one template with partner A.
2]Check Template is showing to the partner B.
3]Partner B not able to do Update template by partner A
4]Partner B can create new invoice template on same company but not with same condition of classes.
4]Only partner A can delete and finalize Invoice.
5]For SA Login it working Same as normal partner not able to update created invoice template by another partner.
as per discussion with Prasanna Karlekar access policies are not decided.
