Hi Aniruddha,

1] Prime uses new cobra reporting approach, for that template is "NEW HR Simplified COBRA Participant".
You have checked on old template which is not configured to use new cobra reporting approach.

2] You need to get your company CDC enabled before testing new cobra reporting approach. As of now I have enable this feature on this company.

Please re-test this & let us know results

Started Open Enrollment from 03/01/2015 and verified below scenarios for mentioned employees .

1) ROBERT,SCHIRRIPA (Made OE changes 03/01/2015 and status Terminated with 03/01/2015 - Not Exported on file)
2) ANGELITA,VELASCO (Terminated with today's date 02/25/2015 and record Exported on file)
3) SOHAIB,ALZAREER (Terminated with 03/01/2015 and record Exported on file )

Result: Scenario for the client's raised concern is not working on LB .

*Doubt *: Is there anything we need to do with New Cobra Reporting Service which runs every Mid-night ? do we need Need to run it manually

*Note *: The fix you've mentioned is deployed on LB on 17th Feb as per Ashwin's mail.

Code changes checked into Local testing environment, Please check after deployment.

Concern: Employee Bonnie McNaughton did not appear on HR Simplified COBRA file for Prime company on production.

Cause: This employee was active in 2015 & Employment terminated with termination date as 01/01/2016.
As employee already had OE changes with effective from 01/01/2016 during OE, So effective date was not changed during employment termination.

This scenario was not handled in New Cobra Reporting Service which runs every Mid-night, due to which employee did not appear.

Correction: We have handled this scenario now, We will deploy it on stage & production in patch process.
