WT -> BCC Invoice Enhancement -> Billing details report displaying blank data for ongoing enrollments

      Description

      Steps:-
      1] Considered an existing enrollment effective from 01/01/2008 to NULL for an EE for Basic Life and AD&D plan.
      2] Generated an Invoice for June 2016. On this generated report searched for the above EE and observed the below :-

      Actual result:-

      For the billing details sections blank data is displayed for the Basic Life and AD&D enrollment. For the adjustment details section the data is displayed properly as far as retro enrollment is considered.

      Expected Result:-

      For the billing details sections blank data should not be displayed for the Basic Life and AD&D enrollment. It should display the data which is displayed in the Adjustment section.
