TIBCO for HSPL

- created a template for all employees - FSA Admin plan - this is a health plan
- fetched out invoice for Jan 2017
- on the other hand- fetch out standard enrollment report for FSA Admin plan - all employees from 01/01/2016 to 12/31/2017 [no dead enrollments]
Enrollment report showed me 514 employee records whereas Invoice showed me only 77 employee records ! Remaining records are missing from Invoice 2017 Jan

Hi Venkatesh Pujari,
We have tried fixing code for most issues.
There are few scenarios for which discrepancy can still be seen :-
1. Discrepancy due to Show Enrolled flag in enrollment report. When flag is set to Enrolled , this will give only active enrollments in report. While Invoice will show all records that are active as well as records that have been Terminated in that span.
Flag Enrolled and Terminated in enrollment report will give all record which are active as well terminated in provided span.
2. When there is enrollment change in mid of month (due to Tier change, Plan change etc), enrollment report picks both enrollments. Where as Invoice picks either single record or both depending on the Billing Policy set.
There can be more such scenarios which can create discrepancy. After analysis and testing we have found two. We request you check these from your end and let us know if you find any discrepancy. We will verify those records.
We will be giving code fix in LB on Monday (2/27/17).
