Steps:-
1] Created a Self Insured Plan and also a self insured rate (Rate Mapping done)
2] Added 3 self insured components ( 2 billable and 1 not billable)
3] Enrolled an Employee in this plan with effective date as 01/01/2016.
4] Generated an invoice for June 2016 and observed the below :-
Billing details shows proper data but does not show adjustment details for this EE.
Now mapped 2 self insured rates to the above created plan.
Again enrolled into the above plan with Effective date as 01/01/2016.
Now when we generate an invoice for the first time Billing details display only one self insured component's cost but when we edit the billing it shows proper partitions of the cost. Please refer attached screen shot.
