      Description

      Hello,

      Company Template Name: ASML Discover COBRA

      Issue: Need to explain why Dependents Jacquelin Phan, Luan Phan, Lu Phan and Anna Phan populated records on the COBRA term file on 11/24/2016. These dependents were also enrolled at OE for 1/1/2017. They errored on the file becasue no QE name or date populated. Good thing they errored becasue they should not have been sent at all.
