Step To Repro
1.Login to application
2.Clicked on BenAdmin?
3.Navigate to Reports > Standard Reports > Add New > Select 1094 C from list
4.Select all company and uncheck any one
Actual – Application did not uncheck Select All check box for company
Expected – It should uncheck the Select All

Concern: Select All check box of company does not get uncheck after uncheck of any company
Cause: Code not merged into LB branch
Correction: This code merged into LB branch
Affected Areas: Global Reports Create and Edit screen
Affected Files: WT-129 IN DEVELOPMENT modified files
Tested Scenarios:
1. Verified that whether header checkbox un-check happening or not as expected. (i.e. After unchecked any one companies for section)

As discussed with Prasanna Karlekar and [~parmeshwar.jumbade] , All Enhancement WT-129, WT-9377 and WT-9223 move at same time on Production. So, We will move all enhancement on 09/19/2017
