      Step To Repro
      1.Login to application
      2.Clicked on BenAdmin?
      3.Navigate to Reports > Standard Reports > Add New > Select 1094 C from list
      4.Select all company and uncheck any one

      Actual – Application did not uncheck Select All check box for company

      Expected – It should uncheck the Select All
