For Cobra Data template type we currently use CDC feature of Microsoft to gather and track data changes.
Now a days, CDC services are failing frequently and using more resources which in turn making system slow.
We need to find out a way to handle this internally and removed CDC dependency.

Verified remaining OAD scenarios along with Divorce followed by Termination scenario on New HR simplified files on 2017 Prime HealthCare for HSPL company on stage .
Scenarios working as expected . Ready for Production
Keeping this on hold for Production . As we will be deploying Export enhancement after around a week of WT-9141 EDS deployement.
Verified its impact on ongoing COBRA feeds on production like Discovery COBRA feed on JE Dunn company and New HR Simplified feeds on Prime Healthcare. No impact observed. Ready for Production
Verified this Enhancement on Production for COBRA data template with following scenarios without enabling CDC
1) Termination
2) retirement
3) Death
4) Divorce
Scenarios worked as expected.
Verified all scenarios again on 2017 Prime Healthcare for HSPL company on stage by creating new event builders for
1) termination
2) retirement
3) Ineligible Dependent
4) Death
5) divorce
6) Class Change
and observed all the New HR simplified COBRA files on company. Records exported on all files are proper.
Note: Overage Dependent scenarios are created for tomorrow . Will update the status once these are verified .
