I am in our TotalWorks group and have a demo on Monday that I am showing the recommendation tool for. Something is wrong on the page. The “checkout” button keeps (literally) disappearing and you get stuck on the page without being able to move forward or finalize your elections. Crazy – when I select the “Recommended Plans” and make no changes at all – the “checkout” button appears (see attached) but, if select the “change plans” it goes away (see attached). And if I make any modifications in the selections the “checkout” disappears again.

We have checked for the issue on above mentioned browsers. On all browsers, we are able to see the Checkout button. There may be a loading issue due to which the buttons was not visible initially and later it got loaded.
For verifying the issue:
1. We have checked mentioned employee work flow on hspl copy
2. Also, created employee with same demographics and joining date and went through the flow
On both cases the button was visible. Can you please confirm again and let us know.
