Hello Team,
I am trying to set the run date/time under the EDI Utility and I am getting a server error. It seems to have worked for all groups except for the two listed below. Can you please help me determine why these two companies might not be working?
Templates that are not working start with Blackout Manual Template (each one that starts with this name does not work).
Lakeside Joint
Santa Clara SIG office
I tried to also delete the template and then clone it from SSAI but it still did not work where using the same template for Berryessa Union School, FMSD and LGUSD - all seemed to work fine.
