- I enrddolled that employee from 01/01/2016 with say $40000 coverage amount and $30 cost
- with this the enrollment from 09/01/2016 gets deleted- employee just have a single enrollment from 01/01/2016 to 12/31/2016 with $40000 coverage amount and $30 cost
- fetched invoice for Dec 2016

Billing Adjustment from Jan to Nov 2016 : $30000 coverage and - $20 cost
On extra entry is shown Billing Adjustment from Jan to Nov 2016 : $30000 coverage and $20 cost which is wrong
